Clients do not buy or learn accounting software; they use a plain-language client portal and answer occasional questions from their bookkeeper.

- What's delivered monthly: every transaction categorized (with fund, grant and program class), every bank/credit card account reconciled, a formal checklist-driven month-end close that locks the period, a published report package (statement of activities, balance sheet, budget vs. actual, fund balances), receipts matched and attached (required over $250), and answers to client questions within one business day.
- Pricing: two flat monthly plans priced by annual revenue, month to month, no hourly billing. Essential from $100/month; Core from $150/month. Organizations over $1M annual revenue get a custom quote. Catch-up bookkeeping and audit-prep support are quoted separately as one-time projects.
- Report timing: reports by the 10th business day (Core) or 20th business day (Essential) of the following month.
- Onboarding: guided imports (QuickBooks Online, CSV/XLSX chart of accounts, bank statements, funds, donor-system ledgers, opening balances); a typical four-week onboarding with the first month run in parallel with the old system.
- Security: bank connections are read-only; individual logins; full audit log; data is exportable anytime.
